  • Everytime when i get high, i listen to this.

  • This is a slightly different mix from the US version.

  • I love that Kyuss are in the related links.

  • Leisure rules

  • I prefer self titled over 13

  • What a way to end an album. My defenses are truly down.

  • There was never any competition between Blur & Oasis, Blur are far better and all there songs don't sound the same.

  • Am I the only one who likes ALL of Blur's albums? When I wanna rock out I listen to Blur, when I'm feeling like I can feel the world ending I listen to Think Tank, when I want to listen to EVERY song and absolutely love it I listen to Parklife. In the end, Blur is awesome and all their albums are the best.

  • @MrSlowcountry No your not the only one. Blur are my favourite band and theres an album for every mood

  • 13 is their finest work. Even the band themselves recognise that.

  • Think Thank is not too good mainly because it's more a Damon Albarn solo album rather than a blur album but 13 is for me one of the best albums from blur, it's just that you have to feel the record not just listen to it, has great tracks like Bugman, No Distance Left To Run, Trimm Trabb and of course Coffee & TV... Maybe not too much Tender because it's too large and repetitive but damn the album ROCKZ!!!

  • @giusex27 tender is a fuckin good sond......fuck the commercial aspect.....the whole album is a body of work....1992....fuckin awesome!!........MODERN LIFE is still the best album.....

  • Oh well ^^. I have listened to 13 and Think Tank a bit more. And I gotta agree "big big big disappointments" was a bit melodramatic. I like trimm trabb and Think Tank a bit, but over all The first albums are better, In my opinion ;)

  • One of the best of "Leisure", blur is a great band but "13" and "Think Tank" are big big big disappointments.

  • @x9x8x7x61 I liked 13 but Think tank was a major let down. I remember being so excited when it was being released, then so gutted when I actually heard it.

  • @x9x8x7x61 What? 13 is the best album in the 90's... It's The White Album of the 90's

  • @Capuano231 :0 !! c'mon !!! what about the two first Oasis's records, and "Urban Hymns", "Rage Against the Machine", "Bloood Sugar Sex Magik", "The Colour & the Shape" .. that decade is full of "White Albums" ;D ..!

  • @cyyytr0n oasis was better in the 2000s

the first two are the worst

  • @Capuano231

    OK Computer

  • @Capuano231 you're so right.

  • This album wipes the floor in my opinion with the nxt 3 albums .. untill Blur

  • Glad you said that - thought i was the only one who was of this opinion. "Blur" i don´t really like, but Leisure was the real deal.

  • One of my faves, love the melody in the chorus.

Did they ever do this live?

  • does damon or alex sing this?

  • Damon. The only song Alex sings is "Far Out" on the parklife album.

  • oh right, he sounds different

  • You, you wear me down

    My defenses are gone now

    And I can't fight

  • does it say

"You, you were me down. My defenses are gone, and I can bite."

    ???

(by the way, my fave blur song. Strange but beautiful.)

  • "You, you wear me down. My defenses are gone now, and I can't fight"

It is a beautiful song =] I love it.

  • One of my favourties blur's song...

  • i like its strange strength

  • great comment. Blur does have a strength in its mellowness. This group sinks into your soul and the chorus becomes overwhelming.

  • thats what i´ve said : D
