  • @jambogb

    Hi

  • Hi looks yummy!!! Thank you

  • @mykindofcooking

    Hi

    Looks and taste great...enjoy!

  • you can't call this tiramisu, because it's not tiramisu; it's a shortcake!

  • @Warrenff5

I had many request for Tiramisu without coffee so I came up with this recipe.

  • @SuperVeggieDelight it looks delicious, but tiramisù is savoiardi dipped in espresso, layered with custard made of egg yolk cream, mascarpone cheese, and beaten egg whites. like i said, this looks delicious, but it is a shortcake/trifle hybrid. it may resemble tiramisù in preparation and appearance, but it is not tiramisù. when people ask for tiramisù without coffee, you should tell them it isn't possible (with a look of heresy on your face)!

  • this looks so yummy. loved the berry idea. i have energetic children and would rather give them the berries than the coffee. nice job.

  • @gabpchavez

    There you go...enjoy!

  • Love it! Thanks Bhavna for another amazing dessert. I love the berry idea rather than the traditional coffee flavor. Cant wait to try it myself.

  • you cant have tiramisu without cool wHip

  • @E3Tech4Life

    yes, you can...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

Hi, i'm italian, pls dont call it Tiramisù italian dessert bercause its not a real Tiramisù and your dessert not original italian dessert without original recipients, no eggs, no coffe, no bitter cocoa, no mascarpone.

This video Its offense to italian cuisine.

  • @RovereTano

Don't worry, another version is coming which is made with real cocoa, expresso and homemade mascarpone chees.....If you chane ingredients dosn't mean it's not particular dish. However if you change style, then probably you can give your dish different style. My family and many other family are strictly vegetarian and we try to make all dishes with totally animal free ingredients and I do not use any coffee since I don't prefer my kids to have any coffee...

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Children can use the barley coffee or chicory mixtures without caffeine or other variations

  • @RovereTano

    HI

Thanx for sharing....I always try to use good and healthy ingredients if possible so I love to try with my own preferences....enjoy!

  • @RovereTano This video is awesome for many of us who don't eat eggs, liquor, coffee, cocoa etc. Be glad that your dessert (probably with just a slight change in taste) can be enjoyed by tons more.

  • @whoddaya

    HI

    Thanx and keep enjoying!

  • @MsLolichka

    HI

If you can't find, make yellow or white sponge cake and use in place of lady fingers...enjoy!

  • I wonder if this would work with real whipped cream instead of the Cool Whip.

  • @xXStrWbrrYsToneXx

    Hi

It should work with real whipped even. enjoy!

  • My mom is going to flip over this recipe. It's right up her alley, thanks!

  • @xXStrWbrrYsToneXx

    Hi

You most welcome....do let me know how it turns out...enjoy!

  • il tiramisù alla frutta è una variante.. il classico è piu buono.

esiste anche il tiramisù alla nutella

  • This is a very readapted, morphed, fake Tiramisù recipe. Sorry.

  • @pukapa

  • Hi,

I'm in India, and I can't find those Lady Fingers you've used in this recipe can I use bread sticks instead?

  • @drsindur

    Hi

If the bread has texture like cake then you can use. Enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight

Can u use cake instead of the lady fingers?

  • @7861shaggy

    Hi

Yes, and if you need recipe for eggless cake, I have recently posted video of cake and you can use that cake for this recipe...enjoy!

  • As usual! Awesome recipe. You inspire me!

  • @smalhara

    HI

    Thanx and enjoy!

  • this is a good alternative to coffee...looks good...

  • @rollininHislove

    HI

Yes, it is and it not only look good but taste great as well. Enjoy!

  • Hi,

Why do you not use any coffee in the making of this dessert? Usually it is made with coffee liqueur which I understand that you might not want to use. but it most certainly is not made with berries or any berry coullis. You should dip the lady fingers into strong coffee and then layer it with the cheese/cream mixture.

  • @vishaldilipkoomar

    Hi

I don't give even coffee to my kids. So I make with only fruits. But if you wish you can. Enjoy!

  • what other fruits goes welll with this recipe

  • @gsupraja

    Hi

combination of mango-pineapple, peach tiramisu, banana-strawberry, or any of your favorite fruits can be used. You can make fruit sauce or use just as it is-fresh. Either way it taste delicious. To soak your ladyfingers, use orange glaze or some kind of fruit liquid or coffee expresso....actually you can be more creative than me even...list goes on and on....keep enjoying!

  • what is lady fingers, where can i get it.and rozen berries,

  • @gsupraja

    Hi

Ladyfinger is sort of dry sponge cake. I buy frozen berries from walmart. Most supermarket has them these days....

  • can regular sugar be used instead of brown sugar as i dnt hav that at home

  • @ayeshasajid1

    Hi

Of course you can use regular sugar. Reduce the amount of sugar if you use regular white sugar. Enjoy!

  • I just want to point out how nice she is by replying to everyone..Thank you Bhavna! We love you and your recipes! xx

  • @lovelysister

    Hi

I did say in video, you can use cake in place of ladyfingers. Enjoy!

  • @lovelysister

    Hi

Pound cake, angel cake, or any sponge cake soak fairly good amount of liquid, so they work great. Enjoy!

  • @SuperVeggieDelight Like you said, that by the time theyre ready the ladyfingers are like cake, so if i put actual cake in there, wouldnt that become too soggy? or will it be fine? Thanks .

  • Nice recipe! A good another option to make the traditional Tiramisu. I'm going to try it. Thank you for sharing. Have nice weekend.

  • @Teddypigyyy

    Hi

Yes, my son loves this with different fruits. So I keep changing flavors. Enjoy!

  • Can u suggest any subsitute for ladyfinger because it has eggs...u can chk the ingredients wriiten on package.....and i m pure vegeterian

  • @pittspa

    Hi

Yes, I did say in video that ladyfingers has egg in it so you can make eggless cake and use that in place of ladyfingers. Enjoy!

  • Hey Bhavna, the tiramisu looks really yummy..could you tell any substitute for lady finger biscuits...which i can get it at walmart..because i dont have publix at my place.I really wanna try making it at home...because Tiramisu is one of my favorite dessert, I go especially for eating this dessert to italian restaurants.

  • @PadmaVr

    Hi

As i said in video, you can use cake in place of ladyfingers or if you can get hold biscotti, that seems to work, just take little longer to get softned but taste great as well. I tried with chocolate biscottis readly available in market to make expresso tiramisu and it was as great as restaurant. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

  • can i strain the liquid through a thin cloth, like a cheese cloth or something?

  • @neil2090

    Hi

I don't feel necessary to use any cloth since it is very easy to take out liquid with just spoon and we don't need whole lot of liquid, just enough to soak ladyfingers and we still want to keep our berry sauce liquidy so that it helps to make ladyfingers soft. Hope this helps. Enjoy!

  • yum..you can add vanilla pudding mix to your cream mixture. it will test very good as well.

  • @Esunshine71

    Hi

Thanx for sharing. I just added vanilla extract to cream since I wanted to make it low fat but good to know. Keep sharing and enjoying.

  • works with shortbread cookies - for eggless.

  • @villagebelle

    Hi

If it has spongy texture, you can b/c all we want is to absorb liquid and eggless cake works great as well. Enjoy!

  • @villagebelle Too heavy, dont you think? I was thinking of making it that way too but then god you get full after eating 2 lol...I think normal thick biscuits would work fine too!

  • :)

  • @sw33t65

    Hi

    Thanx and enjoy!
