  • What is a house that is "too hot" or "too cold"? What temp do you recommend the house to be at?

  • @Gamme2007

You are such a vile person. Here is a young girl who is interesting in another culture's staple food, enough to learn how to make it. Instead of seeing the joyous wonder, you decide to spoil it with your racist comments. How would you like if say that Ethopians like like skinny monkeys? At this that is what I saw on your website. I woudl suggest you crawl back to what ever dark hole you came from and leave others who are more world conscious than you narrow digusting self.

  • @TheMagpieQueen shutup...

  • @davidshifta You shut up idiot

  • @TheMagpieQueen honestly though...we don't need your smart ass giving lectures over the internet, just watch the video happily and shut your mouth.

    Thanks,

    Sincerely,

    David

  • Respond to this video... Maybe if you had read the horrid stuff people were writing you may have responded in kind. Free of speech, I want my support for this girl to be public and I will continue to do so. Please take your own advice and leave others alone.

  • @TheMagpieQueen

And I am defending the person you are rudely insulting.

You wrote "How would you like if say that Ethopians like like skinny monkeys? At this that is what I saw on your website."

At least learn how to use English properly before you decide to insult an entire, beautiful race.

Have some class, and think before you write. Try using Microsoft spell checker.

    That is all.

    Enjoy your day.

  • @davidshifta You are truly a world class idiot. Maybe if you can fucking read it would help. I was defending the Ethiopians you freak. An earlier commentor made very off colored remarks about her being a white girl etc, then proceed to add more racist remarks against Ethiopians! I wanted to point to to that commentor his/her meaness. God help me with true idiots like you. Here I am defending people of color and you failed to read the entire chain of conversation! And it was a typo shithead!

  • @TheMagpieQueen

I could see I'm making you angry because your starting to curse, you write 1 message real mad, swearing, and everything......

4 minutes later you cool down and write ANOTHER message to sound half- smart

Hahahaha....I see that Im really on your mind, dont worry I have that affect on people.

I could call you a bunch of names like you did to me, but Ill just leave you with a fuck you and have a nice day :)....

Leave me alone now and get a life.

  • @davidshifta

No need to waste any intelligence on a single

Cell life form. So sad that you have to get your kicks

Out of getting a rise out of people. I am sorry that I was dumb enough to fall into such a trap.

  • @davidshifta

And it is hilarious when words fail, you resort to attacking my writing/spelling ability. Grow up. I can write like a freaking monkey if I wanted to. But damn if I stand mute against racist remarks against people of any color.

  • You done a great job, am an Ethiopian and cant even make Injera, I applause you!

  • I did it Avery , thanks a lot for posting this video,

  • Thank You Mr. Avery , You are my hero and i am trying to go ur way to make injera , i tried a lot of time almost two weeks i couldn't make it , do u believe i am from Ethiopia? In America cooking injera is totally different from Ethiopia.....Thanks a lot. I will update u whether I made it right or not

  • If you don't have any good thing to say, just don't say it at all

  • like injera kita made by teff, The difference no yeast in kita. kita look like pitta of ze USA.Kita isn't harder. It is food fasting season called 'huadade' that occurs b/n charismas- aka in Ethiopia Gena and ester --aka Fasika & in the minor fasting sesons. Kita With Ethiopian cabbage(gomen)is ze best health food, Ethiopian tradition acclaim it so. Kita also made from mashela (in enfglish u call it sorghum), in the eastern part of Ethiopia Mashela injera is common and it is very healthy.

  • Appreciate your tip about buying a starter from the bakery. Although I make my own most of the time.

  • I never seen . injera in its initial stage it get as solid ball as you showed us, are you sure you are not making kita? By the way how come you get to know about injera? Are you married to Ethiopian or have you ever lived in Ethiopia?

  • What is Kita? Please share with us. No there is a whole movement online for people not just from America either, that just love trying new foods, and want to eat healthier!

  • She explained that she had tried and tried to make it, but kept failing...then she became friends with an Ethiopian woman who showed her how to make it and now she wants to share the process.

  • Thats Amazing job from an American girl

  • Great tutorial for home bakeing abc about injera. This is what I like about Americans they are fast learner a spread the know how to other and excel in the subject more than the natives in the active process of learning. Do no wonder one day if you see this lady one day on ophera show. It all begins from home. God bless you no one has ever made this video on you tube except you while millions of people eat this every day.
