  • I got my eagle bone flute today... It is VERY cool! It looks like a real bone. Very much fun, good sounding, and easy to play.

I play Native American-style flute, and this is an easy transition. It has the four holes, with one for the thumb in back, from High Spirits Flutes.

Nice to have the lanyard to carry it around, too. It's like having a small flute with you around your neck. I highly recommend this item!

  • I'm getting an eagle bone for Christmas! I'm so excited! They're backordered right now though, so I have no clue how long it will take to get here. It does take quite a while to make these, doesn't it? My head is buzzing with all of the occasions I am going to wear it on, and all of the places I am going to play it. ^_^

  • Glad no eagles were hurt. =]

  • Love this... may have to get one.. :)

  • man was always man..never apelike.

  • how many holes does this thing have? his first eagle bone vid had 4 hyoles i think...but now he is selling the 5 holes...which one is he selling?

  • @changdae11 I think it's a 5 hole.... but dont quote me on that.

  • I want one of these SO MUCH! I have an ambition of collecting ocarinas. So far I have 8, but I have only recently heard of the instrument. I saw it on the news oddly enough, but when I heard it, I HAD to have one. When I saw how many different kinds there were, I just went nuts. My first two were from Songbird (Alto Seedpod and Strawberry). I got a dolphin pendant, a 9-hole, and 4 teacarinas for Christmas last year. I just love them all, especially the ones with a serene or mystical tone.

  • I just got mine yesterday, it's my tenth ocarina XD yay! To answer the questions, the version he sells now adays, is four top holes one bottom.... I'll have a review of it soon on my channel,

    Peace! ;)

  • I have had this flute for a few years and it's a beautiful flute, plus you can't play a wrong note. I have yet to learn to play it well - but I really do enjoy whatever sounds come from it. Sounds so peaceful and serene.

  • Actually I just purchased one of these recently and it comes with five holes: four on the front and one in back. I really like the indigenous look and feel of it; a real piece of art and culture. Definitely recommend it for musicians and anyone interested in cultural study.

  • Too bad the one they actually sell is only a 3 top hole ocarina his is a 5 hole idk i cant see very well but its doesnt have as many holes which obviously means less notes most of the time.

  • @RandomXv It's hard to say. He started selling this version about a year ago, but he still has the picture of the three top hole version. I'd ask before buying to find out.

  • Is it an actual Eagle Bone? Is that sanitary?

  • @jackspace111 no. it's a copy....if you even cared to look in the detail box.

  • I like the new version a lot.

  • Native American Scale! Glad to know its been retuned

  • Whoa. I always imagined it to be smaller!
