  • Very good pictures of Elephants...

  • Sooo why haven't they found any skeletons of elephants in central Americans recent as 600 BC?

  • @LocoRico89

You can reference from my website under "elephants" the Cuvieronius of South America. So the real question, is why anti-Mormons are afraid to address this scientific fact?

  • @bookofmormontruth Did they live around 600 BC?

  • @LocoRico89

    They went extinct 400 A.D.

  • @bookofmormontruth But the Cuvieronius went out years before that...

  • @LocoRico89

You are incorrect. I can't help you if you are unable to do basic research. Again, I provide it on the website for your convenience.

  • @bookofmormontruth By the way. Would you rather be scientifically correct or correct with Scripture? Deuteronomy 4:2

    Deuteronomy 12:32

    Proverbs 30:5-6

    Revelation 22:18-19

    Galatians 1:6-12

  • @LocoRico89

Oh look, anti-Mormon talking points now, imagine that. I know in your head you are being "original" with your "what to ask a Mormon" questions. But hate to break the news, this has been done ad nauseum.

Talk about facts, as in the elephant resources I gave you. No need to change the subject and be completely silent when evidence shows the Book of Mormon to be true.

  • @bookofmormontruth Not anti-Mormon at all...but I am being pro-Holy Bible

  • @LocoRico89

No you are hiding behind the BIble using the typical scripture verses that anti-Mormons incessantly use. Besides it is impossible to reject the Book of Mormon if you have a true testimony of the Bible for they both teach the Gospel.

  • @bookofmormontruth Because it's the ONE and ONLY book of God, for us and by Him

  • @LocoRico89

Then go to your grave believing that falsehood, but no where in the Bible does it state to bear false witness about other faiths. No where does it say to tear down other peoples' beliefs or use the same anti-Mormon talking points .

If you ignorantly believe that the LDS faithful are lost, then reach out to them as a brother/sister - not as a destroyer of their/our sacred faith. If you can't acknowledge that, then don't make the claim that you are a "Christian".

  • @bookofmormontruth I'm trying to reach out to you with the falseness of The Book of Mormon

  • @LocoRico89

As a true Christian, you reach out the way the Lord did. You are far from following His example.

It is a sure sign that you have insecure beliefs for then you wouldn't have need to find fault with other's beliefs while claiming it is "reaching" out. Your fruits are far from the Lord.

  • @bookofmormontruth Not a Christian here and good luck letting me join your cult of lies

  • @LocoRico89

Ah I see, a serpent. One who quotes from the Bible, but really isn't a Christian. One who says the Bible is the word of God, but isn't really a Christian. One who also lies by pretending to "reach out". Wow! I felt that "reaching" of yours deeply! *rolls eyes*

Thank you, It is always enjoyable exposing the true colors of those who sole intent is to "destroy" the work of God. Good luck with that.

  • @bookofmormontruth Didn't God say something hmmm I don't know, Matt 7:1?

  • @LocoRico89

Of course, the self proclaimed non-Christian continues to quote from the Bible. And hypocritically calls the LDS Church the "cult of lies", but uses a scripture "to not judge".

It is quite enjoyable, please do continue.

  • @bookofmormontruth Sorry being an asp on the road, biting the ankle and throwing off you, the rider, off of it. But you have poison

  • @LocoRico89

So you admit being a serpent, but magically I am the one poisonous? lol okay fail.

What satan and his followers don't understand is that they might have power to bruise our heels, we have power to crush the head. Depart serpent!

  • @kramd1

Wow! What a profound statement! Your family must be so proud of that filthy language!

You better hurry and "remove" your comment before anyone else reads it.

  • @LocoRico89 funny how you point that out without even considering the discoveries said on the above video.

  • @LDS4Life71

Don't bother, as you can see he has closed up shop by removing every single comment he has made. Unfortunately, for him - his words are recorded permanently to stand against him on Judgment.

  • Even though 80% of kramd1's posts were unintelligible, having your "Comment removed" shows the true colors of an anti-Mormon, a coward.

  • @kramd1

Says the anti-Mormon. Well for now at least, this comment will probably end up in the "Comment removed" section from kramd1.

I have no idea what type of book you have been reading, but what you described is not even close in being found in the Book of Mormon. Thank you for the laugh, nonetheless.

  • Comment removed

  • @kramd1

We are obviously having a major language barrier. Again, what you are claiming is not found in the Book of Mormon.

Let me help you out more with this quote: "The normal way of dealing with the Book of Mormon 'scientifically' has been first to attribute to the Book of Mormon something it did not say, and then to refute the claim by scientific statements that have not been proven." Nibley

Get it now? I highly doubt it, good luck with that.

  • @kramd1

Language barrier again. Maybe we can speak on math (number) terms?

We have only uncovered 1% of the 6,000 known Mayan archeology sites. When you have uncovered 99% of the 6,000 known Mayan sites, let us know what you find out. And in the meantime, can't wait for your next anti-Mormon talking point.

  • A. Cool Music! B. This is a great compilation of evidence, the vast majority of which has come from non-Mormon scholars who had no idea their discoveries would support this amazing book. As for those who now focus their attacks on the Book of Abraham, one would think they'd be a reluctant to do that given that the Book of Mormon's position is strengthened each decade and Book of Abraham studies are still relatively new by comparison, and are beginning to show real promise.

  • @mistuhgee

    Thank you.

And I absolutely agree where the Book of Abraham studies are heading! Exciting times!

  • Why don't you take the pictures from "the Book of Abraham" and send them to an expert on old Egyptian language for translation? Do you dare do such a thing? You could learn an actual truth for a change!

  • @MamaWortsh

Please rephrase statement for it makes absolutely no sense?

  • Comment removed

  • @kramd1

It is called English. I am sorry you haven't mastered this language as of yet.

I give no respect to those who have to resort to childish behavior. "moronism" just shows you have no ability to discuss civilly, but are only here to mock while hiding behind your computer. Predictable from anti-Mormons - family must be very proud!

  • Comment removed

  • @kramd1

Just like how you have stated "the Book of Moron" on other LDS related videos?

Oops, anti-Mormons never learn that the internet doesn't make your previous words disappear. Don't you hate being exposed as a desperate liar?

  • Comment removed

  • @kramd1

Yes of course, just like in several other LDS videos you intended to say Book of Mormon and not Book of "Moron" right? You really think we are unaware of your obsessive anti-Mormon comments and childish use of "moron" in place of Mormon? You sure do seem like a "trustworthy" individual. ~rolls eyes~ as your previous posts show otherwise.

Unfortunately, with predictable whining, anti-Mormons never understand why they are finally ignored

  • Did you know that the American Indians actually came from the area around Mongolia? This we KNOW for a fact. The American Indians have been in America for about 30000 years! They did not suddenly pop out of nowhere in the year 600 before Christ!

  • @MamaWortsh

It looks like you love using exclamation marks with caps or is that just your bitter anger coming through? Hard to tell, so sorry.

  • @kramd1

I know an anti-Mormon as yourself wouldn't recognize how uneducated anti-Mormons truly are. And it is "you're", but thank you for proving my point.

  • @MamaWortsh

Nowhere in the BoM does it say that the first people came to the Americas in 600BC. In fact, part of the BoM tells of people who arrived not long after the Tower of Babel was destroyed. If you had read the BoM, you would have known that, but you get a plus for that info.

You might want to reconsider the 30,000 yrs remark. Archaeologists place the earliest man about 15,000 yrs ago. Also, it would put them about 24,000 yrs before Adam and Eve.

  • @MamaWortsh

Those who believe that the Bible is inerrant, tend to get upset over little things like that. I don't think that they like the 15,000 yrs thing either.

  • The Book of Mormon tells about pigs, cows, sheep, horses, elephants, silk, steel etc, all of which DID NOT EXIST in ancient America! Get reel, guys, stop all the lies and SHAME ON YOU!!! Keep your weird little superstition to yourself and stop bothering other people about it!

  • @MamaWortsh

What kind of fishing "reels" do you recommend?

Also, not sure why you are saying to "get" one because the Book of Mormon doesn't mention this, at all.

Oh, also might want to check the referenced website for there is evidence. Imagine that - the Book of Mormon already knows. Might want to start reading it, need a free copy? :)

  • Comment removed

  • @MamaWortsh

Did someone or something "force" you to come to this site? It is plainly marked as being Mormon. At least I think the main signs would be "bookofmormontruth" and "The Book Of Mormon Already Knows." Hard to miss that.

Good luck on your next net surfing adventure.

  • Great video!

  • I hope that these concrete evidences will lead more people to investigate Mormonism's claims. The honest truth seeker will read the entire Book of Mormon for him/herself. The real proof of its truthfulness will come as hearts and minds are changed and the individual is converted to Christ with each reading.

  • @DefendingMormonism Agreed!

"The honest in heart, who feel that the true Kingdom of God ought to have special and powerful credentials, and not just be another voice in the crowd, will not go away disappointed from an examination of the claims and evidences of the Book of Mormon." Hugh W. Nibley

  • Great video. Yes, evidence does only strengthen the faith. :) There were a few things, however, that I didn't quite understand. The Pre-Columbian Barley, for example. It's impossable to tell what that pic IS, so we have to take your word that is IS barley. And the first Pre-Columbian Fowl pic. I don't get the bird skeleton. Yes it's in front of the map of South America, but... so? Just saying, from a skeptics point of view it doesn't weigh much. Still, 95% of the video was really good. :)

  • @mrmn8honeybee

Exactly! But don't take my word for it. The images in the video tell part of the story and are taken from the website that link to the source.

The barley (carbonized in the image) and "bird skeleton" (chicken) are also from the website and both are hotly debated in that they came with the Europeans. The evidence proves otherwise and the Book of Mormon continues to be correct.

    Thank you for your comment.

  • Awesome video!

  • There is more proof of the authenticity of the Book of Mormon than the lack of.

  • @ConvinceTheWorld "There is more proof of the authenticity of the Book of Mormon than the lack of."

That is because you can't demonstrate the truth value of a claim, no matter how ignorently stupendous, without actual proof. Lack of proof, although telling as it is, is not definitive.

  • Nice video! I love this stuff.

  • Is there a library or church museum that has these artifacts on display? Heading to Utah next month for my inlaws baptism. Hopefully these are displayed there.

  • @BayAreaSun

No, the LDS Church is not in the business of trying to "prove" the Book of Mormon to the world. If you go to bookofmormontruth. o r g you can see the items on display at museums throughout the world.

Congratulations to your in-law and it is great you are showing support!

  • Search for "strange wheat" for a discovery of precolumbian wheat.

  • This is sweet. The armor was great, I had not seen that before. Unfortunately a non believer will stay that way until we find a rock that says "Nephi was here". Even though we already found Kish, Lib, Shiz, and surprisingly quite a few other names that weren't supposed to be there. Thanks a lot to the poster - I was having a bad day and this kind of stuff always cheers me up.

  • @Dalessiokiller

Really? Where can we read about Kish etc?

Glad you liked the video. Stay strong brother, we are in good company and have the absolute and beautiful power of the Book of Mormon on our sides.

  • @bookofmormontruth There are a few places. I'm sending you a PM with a link regarding Kish. There are still people that say no but honestly - it's written in stone lol! There's a great non LDS video also that talks about the how the Olmec (Most likely the Jaredites) got to the America's on "Boats without paddles". Sounds a lot like the vessels described in Ether. There's so much out there but there's no replacing faith!

  • @LDS4Life71 LOL.....my sediments exactly ;)

  • Love the Lord forever and ever. I also love you all.

  • Very well done bud..very well done!

  • Thanks for this video. Of course we always knew that lack of evidence was not evidence of lack. Too bad anti-mormons can't seem to figure this out. Hopefully this video will help them get a clue.

  • Cool video

  • The problem we know, is, that archaeology cannot bring a testimony from god, and that many people have doubts in anything, even if angels visit them, like Laman and Lemuel. Only LOVE and the might of our LORD himself can bring them to faith.

  • @mormontube

Exactly! And that is why I dedicated the website to the members who have exercised faith to believe. Thanks for the comment!

  • Added to my Book of Mormon playlist.

  • Some of the pre-columbian examples are already well known and obvoius. Like corn? What's up with that? Even I as a non-American knows corn was the main crop many places in the Americas. And ceremonial body armor.. The popular burial mounds JS used to justify BoM were littered with them. A video like this should restrain itself to what is actually contested by real science.

I did like the pre-columbian elephants though.

  • @stengevarsel

    Thanks for the comment.

Evidence only strengthens the faithful (those who already believe). One piece of armor or millions of armor will not convince the faithless. It requires faith to believe.

In regards to corn. Sounds odd to those who know, but it is still debated. Every point in the Book of Mormon is debated even though there is clear evidence. The armor that was shown was a small sample of battle/war armor - not ceremonial. Please visit website for more info.

  • @bookofmormontruth I checked out your website. Nice design, straight to the point, I like it.

If I may point out one thing, though. It would be great if there were some references to published material, such as peer reviewed studies, scientific articles and such. I'd like to dig into this stuff a bit more.

  • @stengevarsel

A "peer reviewed study" isn't necessary on an archaeological item displayed in a museum. And 90% of the website involves archaeological items.

If you "dig" further into the website & click on the links and images; you can read scientific articles from reputable sources, items displayed by prestigious museums like the British Museum & abstracts from peer reviewed journals like the American Anthropologist.

If you have any questions on any item & its source, please let me know.

  • Stick this in your peace pipe and smoke it, doubting Thomas's!
