Iv seen a few where they make slight contact, or it is actknowledged that the fist is hitting the forehead by te fist being placed there (in full spead).

Lol, you wouldn't be doing that most of the time!

Plus you learn how to break fall so it doesn't hurt to much, they are just doing a demo so they're not actually fighting.
