i remember seeing this tour, and i was so happy that tommy aldridge was back with him, carmine is a killer player, but never suited ozzy like tommy did, tommy is more old school big band jazzy, and tommy is a hard hitting mother fucker, like animal off the muppets, why he never played with a major speed metal band is beyond me, animal is a killer drummer

I remember waiting for this to be aired as a kid. Omigod, Ozzy is going to be on SG! Then, I was disappointed when I see that Carmine wasn't playing the same drum fills as on the album (and I think that he also had his cymbal bottoms taped). This was before I knew how to play guitar, so the obvious Jake E. Lee rhythm track coming out of the lead didn't hit me (now Jake could do this with a looper). Also, we all know Ozzy doesn't sound like this live. Still, I love the guy and his legacy!

FYI...this is lip synched. This is the album version of Bark at the Moon. For th doubters, you can hear the 2nd guitar (that's overdubbed on the record) come in at 2:42 when Jake sustains the last note. There's only one guitar player in the band.

I've had the same complaint since the early 90s about radio. Top 40 radio as we knew it is dead. When the "Grunge/Alternative" and Hip Hop/R&B scenes came to the forefront, everything became segregated. Probably why everything is so messed up now as far as music goes.
