it's the real one, you can also verify , at the back of the bottle there's a serial number and if you take off the black sprayer it's supposed to be white. just by looking at your bottle i can tell you it's the real one .
Definitely looks fake judging by the bottle (gold embossed lettering) and the black sprayer. The last smaller bottle I'd purchased had no embossing and came with a gold sprayer.
Would be surprised if that is a "tester" bottle, especially is the writing comes off so easily. Screams home "ink-jet" printer.
Look for a lot number. If it has a lot number, it is real. Also, look at the quality of the lettering on the bottle. If it is inconsistent, wavy, poor quality, it's fake. Lack of a lot number plus the crappy lettering = fake. Good luck.
from amazon review, it seems beautyencounter sold fake Bois du Portugal. also, since when is the 2.5 creed sprayer nozzle black? it's supposed to be gold. unless the lighting in the vid is messed up.
@bouncerhiphop same here i got 75 ml bottle from one of the best department stores in london and is exacly the same withought the sticker but there is a sticker at the bottom of the bottle which say's green irish tweed. the best way to tell is to smell it inmo if it smells natraul and smooth than its genuine cos fakes would not spend money to make it smell natraul.
Also, try to find out what the longevity is on your skin, if you for instance get only 30 minutes to 1-1,5 hours, it could either be a fake, or the juice isnt fresh anymore
I'm actually 100% sure that beauty encounter does not sale fakes. I think you're fine but still, if you're an easy, buy a small sample vile. You should be fine.
Authentic CREEDs have a serial number etched in the back of the bottle towards the base. Also, remove the atomizer cap; authentic CREEDs have a white tube and the insert is also white.
My guess is it's authentic, if you purchased it off of Fragrancenet. That is a little weird though. Hmmm. If you aren't comfortable with the purchase, return it.
Hm... I really don't know. It looks iffy, but I don't have much experience with the 2.5oz (I have the 1 and 4 ozs). Also, never used Beauty Encounter, though I have heard they're a pretty good online store.
Play it safe and find out. I'd get a sample from The Perfumed Court ASAP to verify it.
Not fake but old... It was probably really old stock GIT is old as hell, that tape will start to deteriorate after a period of time.

I thought it might pertain to you, since you've got the 1oz with the same sticker.

You're right - I'm gonna have to go home and check this. The 1oz I bought from Neiman Marcus, so I know it's legit.
I'm at work at the moment, but I'll report back as soon as I get home and check the bottle and see if the sticker looks the same.

Just checked my bottle. It has a similar sticker with Green Irish Tweed on the bottom. So it looks like you might have the legit thing.
