please help me...i see on this video that is easy to set the angle adjustment..but actually i cannt set the angle..

i have followed the instruction, i Removed the clamping device for the angle setting of the rotation

drive on the right side of the lift by rotating the knurled screw

counter clockwise (by lightly pressing and turning at the same

time, the knurled screw comes out farther). but i cannt rotated the angle. please help me
