hi sorry if im just repeating what many others have asked or said, but i have the black screen problem. But nothing pops up, theres no words nothing on the screen.. nothing pops up. Pressing buttons does nothing. its almost like the screen just doesnt work. but coencidently i have vista as well tho, so i have reason to believe this may be a similar issue displayed in your vid. Have any ideas? thanks

@cmanter2 A virus must have deleted that file. You should try restoring your computer. Back up your files first before doing this. Hope this helped.

@jjjguy21 did u try starting in safe mode?

windows xp: keep clicking f8 on system startup

windows 7: turn on then turn off by clicking power button, restart and safe mode will be available

then click safe mode with network, start and go online. search up malwarebytes antimalware.

i should find sometin, if not then i dont know. :(
