A brawl is a fight, thats all weapons included.

Melee is close combat, that includes swords.

Yeah, I had that same problem. I tried everything to fix it, I traded in my copy for another new one and it still didn't work, but I discovered that a small percentage of Wiis can't read the disc for some reason. Unfortunately, the only way to fix this problem is to either get a new Wii completely or send your Wii down to the nearest Nintendo headquarters for a couple of weeks to get it fixed. Sorry, but there's no other way. I had to send it down as well. But Brawl's worth it.

Ike FS is great but you need close to the enemy or you miss something not happend by pit's final smash

@dragongame2 I don't think that'd be a very good FS. Itd just push the others around, and they could run against the wind. I like it now, but I was at first disappointed they made the Landmaster Fox's FS. Now, you've got the right idea there; have Fox jump into his Arwing and fly off, then fire bombs at the stage. Ike's FS has more range than you'd think; I got caught by it a few times when it looked like I shouldn't have. And Pit's FS is just annoying.

@jerkface42 It could be a good final smash if it is a hard wind wind or maby link makes tornado's he is able to do that and the tornado shoot them up so they died up out the screen. fox could also be in his arwing and smash from side to side people and if he mis and than he use a U turn so he smash them out of the stage. Ike's final smash is strong but with snakes, peach and pit final smash you have do not have to go to people. I can block pits fs

Another alternative for Fox's FS could've been him calling his teammates for a flyby attack, like they sometimes do on the Melee Corneria stage; He calls them, they fly in from the background, and fire their lasers at the stage. I can block Pit's FS too, but it's easier to roll-dodge. And, there's a neat secret to Peach's FS! There's a vid of it on YT here somewhere, but I can't seem to find it now, unfortunately. :(

@dragongame2 I know that's the TP Link. He can't turn into a wolf because his moveset was already defined by the previous Smash Bros. games. Zelda cah turn into Shiek and vice versa only because, near the end of OoT it was revealed that Shiek was actually Zelda in disguise. And the secret for Peach's FS, what I meant is it has to do with the bit of music that plays when she uses it. It's a nice little easter egg they put in.

@dragongame2 Hmm, there's an idea. I guess they could've made it so that, after calling on the power of the Triforce for his FS, Link would turn into his wolf form (bit of an ALTTP ref. here). His Spin Attack in wolf form wouldn't be useful for recovery though, since he uses his whole body to do it, but he could use the Midna Jump for that. He'd also be able to use his multi target attack, same as in TP, and the dashing move could be converted to an attack similar to Ike's Quick Draw.

At any rate, that is definitely another idea for Wolf Link's FS. And now that I think about it, maybe the wolf form's Spin Attack could be his regular down A smash attack, since it's be able to hit enemies in front of and behind him. But I just don't see how the wolf form Spin Attack would be used as a special attack.

All the extra features, graphics, sounds, stages, characters, are all things ppl wished melee had.

BUT-the gameplay isnt as complex, its not as fast, its not as good. Brawl becomes a really slow and campy game, while melee isnt like that. Its much more versatile.

Also you get sooo much more out of melee the more you put in. Half the brawl pros dont even play the game except in tourney

I just don't like the way Melee is played. I mean, no one actually fights, they just wave dash around and make one punch that throws the other guy off the field.
