I actually found this video insulting. IT guys don't just sit around sticking their middle fingers up at people. They are underpaid and their departments are understaffed. The IT Crowd is hilarious but incredibly unrealistic. No building that large would have just 3 IT guys that do nothing all day. They would have a large team that tried but could never get everything done.
