What a weak argument. For one, you're country chose not to adopt American English as your primary language and kept with proper English. However, when the ALP was formed it looked apparent at that stage that Australia would adopt America's language and chose to use 'labor' as opposed to the correct 'labour'.

I would sodding join YoungLabour, but its frickin' hard to get into. My local site (ACT) has some error so you can't send in an application, and I've sent an email to the president/secretary and they haven't replied! I realise you can go to their office, but thats on the other side of town, where I don't usually go and I'm not going to out of my way, using my time to join an organisation that in the end only likes you if your an extra number on their party membership tally.
