I want to see you live !! I want to get my hands on you albums!!!! where can I get them since I am from Bhopal and less than .01% people know about a legend like you !!! wish I could meet you someday!!
i thnk u r only person havin voice to sing songs in english in india. .i have heard kk's paradise city cover and it ws not upto standard. .bt i thnk you hav it!!!so stuck to ur song. .i heard it at independence rock festival 2011
takes me back to 90's, i still remember i owned this album 'the other side of dawn" on a cassette with an extra wrapper around it which was one of my favourite among the collection of more than 1000 i mean, the credit goes to you Gary for i still remember it and my wife always says i've got early signs of alzheimer's.
remember watching this vid in the nascent years of the cable television. Been a big fan of this voice since then.. Super awsome Gary!! Will soon get a chance to see u live :)
Gary .. I met u at tge gladrags manhunt 2004... Pitty that tge bar was closed when we all met.. Sajid khan was Giving his bullshit.. But v were looking out @ the closed bar :(
Gary Lawyer, Indus Creed, Jasmine Bharucha were the pioneers in western music in India. Its a shame that majority in our country do not acknowledge their talent. Gary would have been a super star in a western country. Thanks for the lovely music and groovy voice. For us you are a real super star!
If India can boast about original western-music artist,he's the only one. Of course years of experience to credit that.
Now the Rolling Stone magazine has been in india from a year or so I'm sincerely hoping that he would come up with an album & hope this time they[record company] promote it well.
I was very young when these came out. I only heard it from my elder brother. Now I'm all ready to witness it by myself.
This is rare Gary : you have a fan from Port Blair,Andaman & Nicobar Islands.
Thank you for uploading this, those were the days when music in india was rock and it ruled and not the north indian influenced remixes....facking amazing voice.....if he was born anywhere else he would have been a millionare
Gary Lawyer's vocals are very powerful and have a great range. I once remember him performing Queen's 'Crazy Little Thing called Love' at Planet M in front of Freddie Mercury's mother and his cousins on the occasion of Queen's 25th Anniversary as a band (late 1999).
Gary sung very well (he was on top of the staircase and the audience below) and Freddie's mother was also enjoying and singing this song! I met him after the gig, told him how much I liked the cover and shook his hands!

Free music downloads have killed the music industry in India... 10 years ago people bought the cassetes. Nobody buys the CDs now

Really great rock track and guitar work. Thanks for posting.
Am I the only one who thinks he sounds (especially on other tracks) very much like David Coverdale?
