@mrbongao if you have a lipo battery then the problem probably is that you either charged it to long or you ran the battery compleatly out. you can not do that with lipo batterys. you can only use about 75% of the lipo battery or you will drain the cells in it and they will not hold chag very long.also make shure that when you are finishes flying that that you let it cool of befor you charg it agine i hope this helps.

However .. the throttle stick, is it supposed to be stiff or not? the throttle stick doesnt have any elasticity... i push it forward it stays forward.
the directional stick always resets to center....

one tip, do NOT let anybody other than you fly a rc helicopter like this with plastic wings! if they have no experience whatsoever they will crash it into walls and damage the blades and motors, thats how i went through 2 helicopters.

Looks pretty cool, I hope yours doesn't show up with a broken on/off switch because mine did and after being on hold for 45 minutes the guy hangs up on you, then you call back and he says he'll send you an email "today or tomorrow" on how to return it, but you don' t get one because he's a liar. Have fun kids ! I am off to wallpaper the net with this complaint about the cheating jerks @xheli.com

Make sure the Trim tabs are adjusted to helicopter. The trim should be the slider next to the joysticks in which you are able to calibrate the rotation of the helicopter. Also crashing and damaging the shaft will result in a spinning heli as well
seems like something might of been damage such as the rotor shaft. Give tech support a call and if your helicopter is still in warranty they can service it for you
Dude. I dunno if you've rectified the problem yet, But i had the problem, Ijust picked up mine today and the same thing went on. When you stabilize the heli at hover continue flying. When you want to turn don't just turn in the direction you wanna go and leave it, once the turn is done you have to counter it a bit, so that the gyro inside becomes stable. eg you turn right, once you complete the turn tap the stick a bit to the left one or two time. It takes some practice :-)
i got one like that but newer and its awesome but how do you make the helicopter land safely and make it go perfect because mine turns round and round and it crashes

Guys don't fly too close to your lcd panel, one single contact with the rotor blade and its all gone.

Since owning these heli's and learning to fly it myself (not that hard only takes about 30 mins to be good)
I now realise that 3 channel heli's are well...BASIC
you really need to move to a 6 channel one that opens up more fun.
i can now fly upside down and fly my heli upsatairs ,outside etc
