  • @nick201995 Going to your chest puts unnecessary stress on the rotator cuff, and that is why so many people destroy their shoulders on the bench press. Educate yourself before you begin talking about what someone can't do, and learn how to spell.

  • @blackfoxmp5 It only puts stress on the rotator cuff if you have the bar to your shoulders on the exercise instead of the chest. The chest is strong enough to handle these sorts of things. Some people like this guy, all they care about is showing off. He should do at least 6 reps of a lower weight first, before he moves to doing this.

    Going lower with the bar will transfer stress to your shoulders. The elbows should never go bellow the shoulders.
