Yes, Quebec never signed the constitution. But if they ever do want to seperate all the provinces of Canada have to vote 80% or higher that Quebec can leave. Even if they do they still need to settle their native land claims. Furthermore, If they were to seperate they would have to take with them a part of CAnada's debt. It is almost impossible for teh Qubecoi to seperate.

There's no worry that the ''80%'' implemented by trudeau 30 years ago will not be respected (and have not to be respected because of the purpose why it's been implemented) if there's a referendum and we get 60% (which is enough). If you know about Gandhi's civil disobedience, be sure that quebec will use it in front of the candian constitution (if we get 60%)
