  • i can do like 20 pushups a min and bout 35 sit ups and l dont do squats.... i just saw that im forming a 2 pack how do i get it out more like make it show i can only see it when i pull my stomck in....

  • i can do 50 push ups and 30 sit ups. And squats is about 50 to ;) plus i'm using weights for my bicep (only 12 pound on each arm) and i train my forearm to with 12 pounds and i do back + lower back training with my own body weight so is it okay for me to use weights :O ?

  • It's not about how YOU take it or not. It's about how your muscles take it. You are far too young to lift heavy weights and stuff like that.

  • my muscles cant take it lol they have truble with 11's but i have the will of a cazry man i picked up my dad and he is 264ounds and im not young!

  • Because you're young, and your muscles and your body in general are still evolving. They're not meant to be used for weightlifting at your age.

  • @youhan911 start first by learning to move your body weight more efficiently. I always tell my young clients, "until you can do 3 sets of 25 push-ups w great form, then you can not use weights." So practice your push-ups, sit ups, and squats...pull-ups if you can....this will build a strong base for future weight training. Keep your head up...and the desire strong ok?~ahmad
