this is a joke. thank god i let it load and skipped through. the workout is a joke and the conversation makes me want jump off a cliff.. only thing decent was when the dude said "fortune cookies dipped in white chocolate, THEY'RE GOOD THAT WAY" got a bit of a chuckle outa me, but it was after i gave up, at the end of the vid.
