I think you need a new needle lol..My Victrola VV-10 looks similar to the one you have......

Yes I know, after every side.
They even made bamboo needles.
That record was ruined already. I'm going to record it to digital with my turntable and cartridge with a larger radius diamond stylus that will ride in a different portion of the groove.
I have another Victrola video that is better.
