I just get the feeling that Ryan is very concerned with what people think- he wants to make sure that none of the band offends people, like the clip where Bden is all "I'd do nasty nasty things to all of you" and RyRo instantly seems to tell him off and says he's kidding- he's aware their audience is mostly young and he wants to make sure they stay "acceptable"- he seems kind of like the most business-like of the band- he used to dictate their clothes/makeup too.
