  • One thing: the 90 degree elbow thing only works if the upper arms are horizantal. With elbows at your sides, this means that the torso needs to be totally prone (parallel with ground).

    In this movie, Tuan you appear to be slightly above prone (not much like ~10 degrees?) so would it be good to hyperextend the shoulder (bring elbows behind body instead of to sides) to get that parallel upper arm?

    Or otherwise, maybe bend the elbow less than 90 at the bottom to keep tension on triceps? Or rest?

  • @roughneckasian well my bf is about 8-9% now and would like to get to 5-6% . ive been doing HIIT after each workout for 20mins and during my day off ide do HIIT for 45-60mins. im in great shape ryth now but would like to get a little more definition. especially in my abs cuz i got some definition but its not fully complete yet.

  • @4806577005 First try cutting back on calories. Reduce protein to 150 grams per day and decrease size of all meals by about ten percent. If you get too hungry try a low carb diet like Power Protein Plan which worked for me. Lost 15 lbs when I went on it, and gained 15 when I came of it.

  • @4806577005 my advice to you start smoking pot and eat online that energy bars. 1 big meal a day max the rest just that sports bars. maybe u dont need to start smoking pot, but it prevends u from eating alot.

  • Are there any non-gym alternatives that I can do to doing this exercise? I usually don't have a good grip when it comes to holding 4 1-gallon jugs of water? Does it also work well for developing biceps?

    Also, what non-gym exercises can I do for developing better abs? :)

  • I used to use jugs of water, too! It is hard to get them situated right, and a lot of them have a sharp ridge on the handle right where you grip.

  • try wearing some workout gloves to help with the grip
