One thing: the 90 degree elbow thing only works if the upper arms are horizantal. With elbows at your sides, this means that the torso needs to be totally prone (parallel with ground).
In this movie, Tuan you appear to be slightly above prone (not much like ~10 degrees?) so would it be good to hyperextend the shoulder (bring elbows behind body instead of to sides) to get that parallel upper arm?
Or otherwise, maybe bend the elbow less than 90 at the bottom to keep tension on triceps? Or rest?

tell the truth. Best exercise for triceps is the bench press. The kick back is best used as a pre-exhaustian exercise if at all.

I used to use jugs of water, too! It is hard to get them situated right, and a lot of them have a sharp ridge on the handle right where you grip.
