  • Westar 6 suffered a failure on its PAM-D kick stage and was left on a wrong orbit, so it was brought back to earth by the crew of STS-51A and was sold to Asiasat and relaunched in 1990 by a Chang Zheng 3 rocket from Xichang as Asiasat 1
