@rhsalaska I put a video up that day, but basically I strained my back on a set of 365x3 squat. I jammed my training into 4 days and it didn't allow me enough time to recover and that is the primary reason why (to me atleast) I hurt myself. Also it was only in knee wraps and a belt and the previous weeks I have been using the suit bottom for any set above 325 making my not used to the 365 without the suit.
