The first shot clearly shows the Israeli vessel turning hard to starboard and pursuing, at the point where the fisherman in green is first stood on the rail protesting , the Israeli vessel is to the stern of the fishing vessel on its port side. The same is true of the first shots of the water cannon firing.
How does that fit with your description that the fishermen were "going towards the ship"?
Also, again you seem to think that because they aren't actually killing the fishermen in this video that it's somehow OK. I have no doubt that if the Israeli navy were trying to kill them on this occasion that they would have been capable, it would be a pretty crappy navy if it did not have this capability.
However, refraining from killing someone does not excuse ruining their livelihoods and setting water cannons on innocent civilians.
@EnricoSuarve the fishermen are allowed to fish.... this video describes a specific incident where a fishing boat sailed past the area where fishing is permitted. also for your information a large portion of weapons are smuggled in large barrels and dropped into the sea where it eventually washes to the gaza shore or picked up by palestinian fishermen. this is the main reason why those fishermen are allowed to fish only up to 3 miles from the coast.

The first shot clearly shows the Israeli vessel turning hard to starboard and pursuing, at the point where the fisherman in green is first stood on the rail protesting , the Israeli vessel is to the stern of the fishing vessel on its port side. The same is true of the first shots of the water cannon firing.
How does that fit with your description that the fishermen were "going towards the ship"?

I have no doubt that if the Israeli navy were trying to kill them on this occasion that they would have been capable, it would be a pretty crappy navy if it did not have this capability.

@EnricoSuarve the fishermen are allowed to fish.... this video describes a specific incident where a fishing boat sailed past the area where fishing is permitted. also for your information a large portion of weapons are smuggled in large barrels and dropped into the sea where it eventually washes to the gaza shore or picked up by palestinian fishermen. this is the main reason why those fishermen are allowed to fish only up to 3 miles from the coast.

1948? That was when the UN voted for a fair partition plan of the land of Israel between the Arabs and the Jewish (the Arab territories where much bigger than today, after the wars). And while the soon-to-be Israelis went out to celebrate on the streets, six Arab states started a war on the not yet founded Israeli state. Please don't try to romanticize history.

1947 is the date the UN voted for one of their crazy maps without thinking about people on the soil. gaza strip was israelian territory until abot 2006 when the israelian governament evacuated all israelis in the area, taking them from there homes. So gaza strip was actually something israel gave palestinines and they had to make great effort to do it.

PS : Talking about aid, for your information according to the Fourth Geneva Conventions, as an Occupying Force Israel MUST not only hand the aid, promptly, and rapidly, but should PAY for it. Every dime. Its not only DIME, Dense Inert Metal Explosive, munitions Israel's army tested like a lot others on Palestinians, that these humans should receive "gracîously" from Israel.
Palestinians would be more than happy that Israel stop this occupation, and that reconstruction begins...

In 2005 Israel withdrew from Gaza to last cm, There is no occupation there. In accordance to the Geneva convention you mentioned, Israel is no longer obliged to supply anything to Gaza - yet it still does, from electricity to oil to food. The blockade as you call it was applied after years of weapons smuggling (by sea or land), rocket firing and suicide bombings against Israel civilians and soldiers at the other side of the fence - the Israeli side.
