Since Jesus was in the power of the Holy Spirit when he left the desert, I cannot find anywhere in the gospels where Jesus acted in this matter, and Paul never mentioned this behavior as from the throne the God. The Holy Spirit descended like a dove, not like any violent stature. 1 Cor 5:6-7 says to purge the leaven out. How can you without acknowledging the "leaven?" Find where Paul, Peter or anyone was prayed for twice to receive the Holy Spirit even in the old testament this is not found.

Bereans weren't mean, suspicious & critical. This is so far from the ministry of the Bereans. The Bereans were of "more noble character" not because the were out to 'protect the world' from false prophets. They were 'more noble' because they EAGERLY received the news of a fresh move of God! revo - we're told over and over and over and over and over again to TEST THE SPIRITS. The important part of the Berean context is this - THEY EXAMINED THE SCRIPTURES. To embrace a Stacey "prophecy" you have to ABANDON the scriptures. As an apparent lemming-like Stacey follower, you have some problems with examining the scriptures in order to discern the truth.
