It's not that at all. She didn't know he was married, they both didn't know. Meredith, didn't know Derek was married. But Meredith asked Derek to leave his wife, and Addison didn't do the same thing with Noah. Noah wanted to leave his wife for Addie ! Derek didn't know what to do...
