  • 2012 wasn't the end of the world. IT WAS THE END OF THE GMC BUS ERA!!!!! >:'(

  • Riding those buses and the orange line brings back some good memories during my childhood

  • I hope the buses will be to sold to museums like the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum. for example.

  • You cant beat these buses. todays buses cant go five years.

  • @jonhernandez1000 I couldnt agree more! Id much rather the RTS than the New Flyers!

  • @ck4049 oh fuck off you nerdy piece of fuck shit , get a real hobby like banging chicks or sucking hobo hog , stop living in the past with old busses you weird bastard , the T sucks and so do you , idiot ,

  • @jonhernandez1000 why would the mbta dump these buses and get the new ones, only to complain about debt later on?

  • @REIGN131 because they are morons, and wanted to make they city more green. I say forget green, they should clean their ass with an owl.

  • THAT JUNK COULD NOT GET OUT ITS OWN WAY WITH A NON TURBO OR TURBO 6V92 DETROIT DIESEL. THAT BUS SCARED ME. I AM A 1ST FIRST CLASS MECHANIC OR SEPTA IN PHILADELPHIA

  • I love the RTS

  • @MVRTA108 The best bus in the US since the late 1970s!

  • @ck4049 u got that wrong its a merto b lets get that correct right there.

  • @MVRTA108 , thats because you have no life , get with reality and grow up , start having sex with humans , they might love you back but the bus will only give you rusty herpes , fuckin fool , i love the bus , fuck off,

  • @fistinainteasy Oh my god I have no life because I like buses big deal omg its the end of the world just shut up and go crawl up in your mobile home

  • thank you! but hey what transit center was that when the 189 was at?

  • @BUSMAN6000 The MBTA Donated that bus to the Seashore Trolley Museum. I currently work for the museum in the bus department.

  • @ck4049 I wonder if the MBTA donated some of the buses to the Shelburne Falls Trolley Museum.

  • i loved the rta buses, they aren't ALL going.....right?

  • I've hardly seen these buses travel through most of the Boston inner-city neighborhoods (e.g Roxbury and Dorchester). It was the NABIs that pushed the RTS's into the all of north of Boston suburbs. I am dearly gonna miss these buses because I enjoyed them more than those horrendous NABIs.

  • Thank you!

  • Nice video

  • GREAT STUFF! Long Live the RTS!

  • Very nice photos and slideshow :)

  • Nice Video!

  • It is a trackless line sleet scraper, only seeing service in the winter.

  • RTS with cables. I never seem that before. I like that police one.

  • and nice pictures too

  • @sieman700 Thanks!

  • long live the rts they were good buses but the New flyer D40LF's are still my favorites
