Thanks for all the great instruction Jay. I'm curious about the effect you captured at the 10:31 mark of this video. It looks like the autofocus is on and it's changing focus between each frame. I really like that effect and you did a nice job syncing it up with the music. Any insight to how you did it would be appreciated.
