@XxQcXtremexX Well Whitechapel shares more likes with modern death metal than 'core', Blast beats, low vocals, distorted guitars, etc and the only thing it really shares with core is the breakdowns which are still more DM like than core. In case you didnt know death metal can have breakdowns such as bands like Dying Fetus, Cannible corpse and Vador, But they arent the cookie cutter core, TDWP-like breakdowns. The are good and the breakdowns of THe new era are WAY more DM than DC...I know my shit
