Mennonite cooking? LOL A few tips on what led to my Grandma heartfailure at age 71 : Greasy fried ham, sausage, and swiss cheese and lots of other meat. Of course a Shoofly pie with greasy saturated transfat crust didn't help either nor did trips to MacDonalds and an insane manic blood pressure from ultra strong coffee and 6 children (4 daughters, 2 sons my hippy Uncle and my Father running away to escape to Canada in 1967during the Vietnam war era didn't help either).
