At 5:13 you can see the black fish at the left side of his mouth as he speaks. Thats also the side the black fish came out from. He also swallowed the connected key things beforehand. While he may regurgitate some things, most will come out from sides of his mouth im guessing

I love watching Stevie Starr. He is amazing but, in this, almost spoils it for me when at 6:10 he takes the completed keyring out of his jacket and hides it in his mouth, ready for the next trick. This is the only suspect part and I wish he wouldn't do it. It is so obvious! And Jay's next comment "this is the one I don't get" about the sugar/water thing makes it plain that Jay was in on the preparation. Don't do it Stevie, it ruins your act. The rest of the act is incredible!

WRONG. At 6:10 it's similar to 4:08, before the goldfish. I watched his left hand go inside his jacket, then in front of his mouth. Are you claiming that is somehow when he put the 2 goldfish in his mouth? No way. Watch until the fish came back out; the SWIMMING fish DID go in his mouth, and he never touched his mouth after that, before they returned.

My guess is he's just wiping his left hand or something, maybe a nervous habit or drying it...
