The last clip from the first movie was an outtake, and the one from Momento Mori (0:58) was an alternate version of that scene that obviously didn't make the final cut, but has been floating around cyberspace for about ten years now. Pretty sure all the rest were actually in the show.

The show went 9 seasons and ended with an episode called "The Truth". Then they did another movie called "I Want to Believe" that came out last summer. Mulder and Scully actually hooked up at the end of the 8th season, confirmed their togetherness at the end of the 9th season, and were most definitely a couple in the movie. So yeah, all those years of waiting for them to get together finally paid off. :)

I think the episode is "essence" or "existence". they are in season 8. these were back to back. the scene is when scully was thinking back to when she was asking Mulder to be the seragant (sp?) father of her baby and he said yes. then she hugged him. Of course at that time the procedure didn't work.... supposedly. lol.
