I love the way you present your vids. I would like to know what camera and recording/editing system you use. The way you show the work area and not bounce allover the place is perfect. Do you record voice at the time you make the dish or dub it in later?
So many questions and so little time.
I look forward to hearing from you or send me to someone else that I can ask questions to?
@TheCheffEddie Hi there. Thank you very much! I have a Canon PowershotSD 750 in 12.1 mpg and used the Windows Movie Maker that's on every computer. It's a very user friendly program that lets you edit easily. And yes, I have a microphone thingy that i used to dub over later b/c the background noise at my house is very distracting. Good luck and tell me how it goes!
looks tasty!! about how much chili paste and sesame oil should I use? When you say chili paste? are you talking about sriracha or the stuff that comes in the jar with the green top (not the chili garlic sauce)? Is the julienned ginger just something sold in a jar at the asian market? Cant wait to try!
Thanks kcl060! You should start out with half a tablespoon of chili paste first in case you can't handle the spiciness of it. Paste is not your regular chili sauce such as sriracha nor the ones with the green lid. It will put paste on it and less spicy. You have to get the fresh ginger. Thanks for watching.
Are you serious ? you've just saved her life,i will inform her of the good news, maybe there's hope for her and the seafood after all, thank you darlin ;),let us hope and pray she's not allergic to benadryl also, she's a fragile person, she's very needy of affection and compliments all the time, she's senitive and she break down easily, she's just built like rhinos, not like the rest of her brothers ;)
One of my elder sister bong Malai, her face swell up when she eat seafood, especially crabs, but the rest of us are A-okay,are there any immediate cure for it ? any remedy at all ?
Awesome Vids! Glad you are sharing these with everyone! I make a lot of khmer food daily at home too and it's so much fun!!! like this dish here... only i made it with just chicken and ginger. (asian market is too far away) overall the combinations are endless!
Hiya Dave! I'm doing great! How are you doing? Just enjoying the marriage life and being a newlywed. I've been enjoying your latest videos! Keep up the great work!
You're welcome ImHot209 and thank you for watching. I'm sorry, but I don't know who sings the song nor the title because I got it from my sister's CD collection.
Some foods don't have to look good to taste good ;) Well anyway, thanks for posting. I like how you add your own twist to your recipes. It's nice to see how others prepare their meals - different from the way I would do or have seen. =)
Thank you SomrossMealea! Like with make-up, I like to experiment different things that fits my taste. So for those that looks down on other cultural food, it just goes to show how much they've been around the world.
Hi savadysey! I learned from my mom, aunts, cookbooks, watching other people cook, experimenting on my own to see what goes with what, and tasting other people's food. Some people are greedy when it comes to giving out recipes, but I can tell by tasting what they have in their food...*^_^*
This dish looks so good. Can you please let me know what kind of clams you used.

Absolutely. I didn't have any bell peppers and that's why I had used jalapenos.

Benadryl should help calm it down, but then again, it depends on her severity level.

It's from my favorite artist - Meas Soksophea. It's called "Hold Me For Awhile" - a very popular song in Cambodia
