  • @Albozfolife keep him in between your knees and if he runs you over make sure his shoulder hits you square in the chest (this should be a charge). Good luck!

  • ifu cant tell this guy really knows wat he is talking bout.....he's like a personal coach u've never met i will take his advice all day long.........5 stars for all ur videos man...thanks for your input

  • @jheezy239 Thanks Justin! Go Miners!

  • would you recommend the use of jumpsoles?

  • @hossamg1493 No, I dont think it is good to change your biomechanics with gimmick equipment. Lots of knee injury possibility!

  • hey chase do the squats work for and and two foot jumping?

  • @blackthunda27 being better at single foot versus two foot jumping is more about body awareness and stability! Squats will help some with this, but dont over do it!

  • chase thanks for the vid...it gave me another idea to develop my leaping ability...

im 5'10 from the philippines...and i can do a simple dunk in our school gym....but i really want to much more develop my leaping ability

    ...thanks....more power... :-)

  • @queriza123 No problem!! We have a couple more vertical leap videos out soon! Keep working at it!

  • Hi Chase, great vid!

Now I've a wrist injure, so I'm working in the gym. Which type of gym exercise would you recommend me to increase my vertical?

    Thanks!

  • @rastainbabylon There are a ton, but start with some flexibility exercises. Easy enough to stretch with a bum arm!

  • how many reps and sets we have to do??

  • You should worry about the number. Focus more on making sure that they are good form. Your hip, knee and ankle should all be in the same plane.

  • do we need to add any weights when we r training?? thx chase

  • I dont believe in adding weight for the first 3 to 6 months especially in youth athletes. I never use weights with anyone under 16 at any point.

  • thanks!!
