Um...basically all reversed footage. The broom flying was stop motion: I'd film myself jump, take a step forward, jump again, then take the frames from when I was in midair and put them together. I also turned up the saturation on the whole video to make it brighter, and added on the film effects thingy to make the scratches and hairs and stuff.

Right click on the footage clip, click Reverse on the menu. It'll make a new subclip with it reversed.
