All these religious people pissed off over a beer commercial crack me up! I hope this Kirby guy realizes that his life is HIS to live, how he sees fit and that he is able to shake off all the religious brainwashing and stop letting others judge him and tell him how to live his life.
I understand concern for lot of kids, not just inside the church, for whom alcohol can do a lot of damage and impair judgement. Oddly enough though, these commercials become really ironic for me because Kirby lives his personal life, as far as I know, in line with the things he believes. He is true to himself, and his faith. It underscores, for me, that the commercials, and what they offer, are facade, and what Kirby has chosen in real life is a real life, happy settled and well-grounded.
