Well first of all this quest costed me 2m and u need 66 magic 45 smith 40 crafting and more and u need to do quests one small favour and garden of tranquility you need 101 quests points and ability to kill trolls and a level 170 troll queen have fun :)

As slow as some people think Monks are, remember. What other way would you get 99 fishing? Fly fish? They are not much faster (mabye by 5-10k xp an hour), and they make no cash.

first off, monks arent the best way to get to 99...salmon and trout are if u do it in shillo village. its really fast and great xp even tho those fish dont give u much the xp comes really fast and adds up faster than u can imagine lol thats how i got 99 =D
