This isn't chaos. If you want to see chaos come to America. Even with the lighted structure of a stop light we still have accidents. The chaos is not in Vietnam, and trust me, the VC knows who brought chaos there sometime back. This is order in my eyes, no traffic lights and still no traffic. Yet in america with all it's traffic lights, you can predict the hours of bump and grind(ing teeth) that commences when it usually does. America might be first place in mind but not in world. Freedom needs space. In Europe we don't have this much tarmac. Less space - people go crazy. In Naples/Italy you can live the "friendly chaos" as well, just that 4 in 5 cars are scratched or even badly damaged. The only traffic participants in "civilized" countries, knowing the secrets of watching each other - are pidgeons.

Hahaha. I've been there. Emang bener, trafficnya kachau berats, lebih parah drpd Jakarta. I dislike the city. It's noisy even until 12 pm. People honk all the time, and they don't care about other people's safety.
they paid 134 people to drive/walk in a huge area in a way so that they never hit each other but look totally chaotic
