ברוך אתה ה' אלוהינו מלך העולם שלא עשני ליובאוויטשער

  • @BrooklynNotQueens Upon seeing what you wrote in Hebrew, I must say that you have a lot of teshuvah to do before Our Father in Heaven. I cannot even repeat what you wrote about the Holy Ba'al Shem Tov, and your hatred for the former Rebbe of Lubavitch is palpable. Please reconsider your words, and write a public apology so that the people who see your message and understand Hebrew can know the Truth.

I agree with you that the Rebbe is not Mashiach, but he was a Nassi HaDor.

  • Thank You for sharing

  • Wonderfully pretty!!!

  • ya, I miss my Zaide too.

  • This version skips the part of when he comes back from summer and finds his Zaidi gone and his family no longer cares about their jewishness. Possibly it was condensed for length and poignancy. Great song.

  • I would think a secular audience and performer would be uncomfortable with that part, Ursugarspice. That is one of the things that makes the song so poignant, in my humble opinion.

  • As long as Judaism will continue to sing these songs do not disappear from the world

  • @adnin7 Music is culture and culture is survival, all of which are interdependent on one another where quality is a constructive aspect.
