That's why the ACLU is writing an open letter to mayors everywhere. They're telling them to respect and safeguard protesters' rights to expression!

I repeat, the death is just rumored. The FB Occupy that posted this information already took the post down and apologized saying the two victims that were hit appear to be in the hospital. It's all too soon to trust any rumor, wait a few hours and there will be videos and updates to confirm how the two that were hit are doing.
I don't agree with some things being protested in the occupy movements, but shit, justice needs to be served! I hope the victim's family sues that driver.....
