Testing my drill production with extreme conditions. So with water it will cut even better. And I need distributor to reprensent my diamond tools in USA. Have a freind who is interested?
I am making a test and was told that in USA the fabricator use about 2000 to 3000 rpm. So I test it at this speed. It is a wet core drill. But, I know some people use it dry. So I test it out dry. With water this drill cuts even better. Thank you for your good comment.
No sir. You are a expert. But, you can be wrong sometimes.
I made it and I know what I am talking about. Why do I lie? If it burns the segment is black. Check it out again. Try burning a core drill in your workshop and you will tell the differnce.
It is just made from the factory. The heating color you saw was the result of the welding. It is a batch test we did in the factory. Later on we will wire "open the diamonds again" then wire brush it and paint it. Please give me a e-mail so that I can send you some good pictures.
ya a lil water does wonders.for the blade ,tool.and speeds the cut..oh and you dont breathe that dust
