You don't know much if anything about the tax code. I don't know how much the secretary makes, but federal income tax for those making over 250k is 39%, those making less than 75K is around 15%. That's a fact. Now Buffett owns his companies so chances are he doesn't have a salary from his companies, but he's taxed on capital gains and other taxes very much different than income tax. He probably pays more in taxes in one year that what 10 of his secretaries would make in a lifetime.
