kumble worked hard for his wickets. he doesnt have the turn that warne and murali do. getting 600 wickets without much turn is a greater acheivement than getting with a lot of turn. but yes, shane warne is a great bowler with plenty of variety

You could only say 'ball of the century'. 'Bowl of the century' would mean 'the act of being bowled of the century', or the 'bowled [dismissal] of the century'-it wouldn't make sense.
