Do you live close tony traffic light? i know the new LED traffic lights give off a horriable noise across 11meters, is there anyone regards to homes close to you? it could be power line noise from the power lines running near your home, also Broadband over power lines have been used in Europe, possiable they are useing this is your area? also high tension power lines from Substations could cause noise! call your local power company see if they can check out the equipment near your home!
