Resident Evil 4 is still my favorite resident evil game ever. Resident Evil 5 was fun to play but I feel like they took the scariness out of the game and substituted it with more action packed scenes.

I agree Residnet Evil 5 makes Metroid Other M look like Ocarina of Time. Though I personally loved Metroid Other M and though it was a great and highly underrated game.
I had Resident Evil 5 for 360, and liked it till I got all the weapons. Then it got boring. As for Halo Wars, it's not as good as Bungie made it seem to be. It's your basic RTS. It's good, but nothing special. And I am a proud owner of the Bioshock series, I already have a preorder of Bioshock Infinite.

played RE5 30 minutes, i got sick of it and uninstall it, Why?? the gameplay freaking sucks, if this game had a gamepley such a Left 4 dead, its bullter physics, movements etc, this would be the best game ever, but it doesn't, shooting, moving, stabbing looking around freaking sucks.....
Once you play left 4 dead all other survival horror become crap to play, if you wanna feel like killing some zombies go for L4D2 not this crappy game. (gameplay, everthing else is good)

I'm not a true Resident evil/Biohazard fan. HA. It's gameplay and plot we're good. If it wasn't a RE game! Wesker in the game is far too easy. The enemies were easy also. RE Survivor was better than this. And also remember the fact that Spencer the presumed TRUE villian of the series was thrown off as fast as he came on. But don't you reilise a RE game isn't just about Co-OP and stuff... it's mostly about fear and the fact that you're cut off from hope!

Actually re5 is not a ps3 exclusive at all!! Re5 is definately not an awful game itself....but compared to re4, re5 sucks bigger balls than a gay man in prison. Don't get me wrong...its a fun coop game but they completely got rid of the survival horror game factor. It's not scary and intense like 4 was at all. It seems like a pg rated resident evil, because theres no gore or any cool death sequences at all (really pissed me off).

Resident evil 5 is an awesome game. Although its lost its touch on its so called horror gaming style, the action in it is great, even as i finished the game till now i still play the mercenary games co-op with a friend aiming to fill up every character with SS or S ranks, people say it sucks cause they probably fail easily or just only get straight to the point finishing the game and leaving it at that.
I don't think Resident Evil 5 sucks, it's cool, fun, awesome, really fun multiplayer, but it's major flaw is the scaryness of the game. It's not scary. And all of those who complain about that you cant move when you shoot, it sucks, then complain also about Re4.
BUT THAT´s not what Resident Evil is about. It´s about the story and they failed allready in part 4 when they decided to remove the zombie and use some kind or prezombies or whatever those freaked out citizens of a village. Dumbasses of capcom FAILED big time... Then they changed the controls which SUCKS even more and kept it in Resident Evil 5 which is the same SHIT just with better graphics. They didn't fail. This WAS a part of the story, would it make sense if they made some other shitty story? That didn't have anything to do with the RE franchise at all? I look at the console wars like this, I gave all 3 systems an equal chance. And the PS3 has the most capabilities, and a lot less problems. I'm not saying that you cant like your xbox 360 but overall the PS3 will preform better. People will still favor the 360 over the PS3 and thats fine but don't make a bunch of stupid little arguments about the system.

I shit on RE5! You know why because its no longer a survival game it is an action shooting arcade game! RE4 was pretty cool but combined with RE5 I hate the over the shoulder view. It does not give the game that cinematic feel anymore. If you guys love this game then thats fine we all have our own opinions. But for me its not the game for me. Besides where the fuck are all the zombies!

when i heard you saying the crap at the beggining i was about too flame the Fuck out of it lol the demo was very nice but it could've included more i mean instead of two mini boss battles like one mini boss battle and a little gameplay out of the boss battle but i FUCKING LOVE RE5 also the new RE5 Special Edition including new costumes and missions from the flashbacks too weskers mansion coming out 2010 March 10 for preorder Nice Show BTW :)

ps3 and 360 seem to change it off for exclusives. Sometimes 360 has late games so they get bonus content, same with ps3
for example, gta4 and bioshock, but whatever. I think all games should be released on both consoles so there's less flaming on forums and youtube of people going "nananana you can't play this game"

Resident evil 5 is an awesome game. Although its lost its touch on its so called horror gaming style, the action in it is great, even as i finished the game till now i still play the mercenary games co-op with a friend aiming to fill up every character with SS or S ranks, people say it sucks cause they probably fail easily or just only get straight to the point finishing the game and leaving it at that.

I don't think Resident Evil 5 sucks, it's cool, fun, awesome, really fun multiplayer, but it's major flaw is the scaryness of the game. It's not scary. And all of those who complain about that you cant move when you shoot, it sucks, then complain also about Re4.

BUT THAT´s not what Resident Evil is about. It´s about the story and they failed allready in part 4 when they decided to remove the zombie and use some kind or prezombies or whatever those freaked out citizens of a village. Dumbasses of capcom FAILED big time... Then they changed the controls which SUCKS even more and kept it in Resident Evil 5 which is the same SHIT just with better graphics. They didn't fail. This WAS a part of the story, would it make sense if they made some other shitty story? That didn't have anything to do with the RE franchise at all? All games, series, movie series, HAS it's bad sides, this maybe wasn't the best story, but it was a part of RE. But your right about that most games today, not everyone, are all out for money really good graphics. Not about the story.

I look at the console wars like this, I gave all 3 systems an equal chance. And the PS3 has the most capabilities, and a lot less problems. I'm not saying that you cant like your xbox 360 but overall the PS3 will preform better. People will still favor the 360 over the PS3 and thats fine but don't make a bunch of stupid little arguments about the system.
