  • don't try to powerbomb the giant at home school or anywhere.

  • i believe Diesel was the ONLY one who did a powerbomb on the Big Show

  • @vergilheartnet Yes, that's right. He did it 3 times.

  • kevin nash is stronger than undertaker

  • @Bkarthickstar oh, is that why 'taker beat him multiple times before?

  • @TheMspacmann Sure Nash is stronger than Undertaker. So as Kane. And as you are saying -- 'taker beat him multiple times before' . It was not multiple times. It is one time and that is in Wrestlemania.Anyway, no use in talking about who defeated who since WWE is all about storylines.

  • as soon as he powerbombed, Big Show, he looks like he broke his back in the process...you gotta have a good back to do heavy lifting like that.

  • @BrownSugar253 I think he actually tore his quad (no, seriously, that's not a joke)

  • look at the ref when nash is powerbombing him lol

  • Good to see Nash actually could Powerbomb Big Show correctly. Until now, all I'd seen was the time he screwed it up.

  • @RipEGandCB Same here. Gotta be honest, I always kind of thought of them as idiots for the powerbomb where Giant hurt his neck, but that was mostly because i never realized they had done it safely before that. Thanks, youtube!

  • its interesting so many brock fan.

  • Nash barely lifted him. He was clearly struggling. Goldberg and Mark Henry are stronger than Nash.

  • @leonardwilson85

1)Big Show was lighter when Goldberg suplexed him.

2)A scoop clam is easier than a powerbomb

3)A powerbomb is very difficult to do.Imagine flipping a 500 pounds man to ur shoulder.

  • @Cadbil I wasn't talking about a scope slam. A jackknife can be done using someone's back and momentum. You're basically doing a reverse flip on the guy you're trying to lift. A jackhammer, on the other hand, requires pure strength since only the arms are being used and the person you're lifting is directly above you.

  • @Cadbil Well said :)

  • @leonardwilson85 I agree Mark Henry is stronger than Nash. But i don't think Goldberg is stronger than Nash.

  • nash got hernia right after that look at him fall

  • Looks like Kevin tore his quad again..

  • Ha! Nash popped a nut.

  • I recon Batista Could Do It... have you seen how big he is ;)

  • @TheMizReally Not bigger than Nash, or Ezekiel Jackson

  • @RapRnB4u Yup

  • @TheMizReally There's no WAY Batista could do that :p

  • whats the difference between a jackknife powerbomb and a regular powerbomb?

  • @wrestlingtbone12 youre still standing with a jackknife powerbomb

  • I can see why he needed the services of Arrowhead Clinic...

  • His back hasn't been right since.

  • this is the best one out of the 2 he did on the giant( big show)

  • @WolfHoundKing

He actually did it 3 times, with 2 out of the 3 being successful. Problem with one of the good ones is that somebody (Mike Rotunda I think) stepped in the way of the camera man and partially blocked the shot.

  • @DanBruett82 ok

  • @WolfHoundKing That's right..But there is one more powerbomb too.He powerbombed Bishow 3 times. The other one is in Germany

  • damn

  • holy crap he actually did it on this one! That is amazing, considering that Nash is 7 foot himself aswell so he had to lift Big Show pretty damn high

  • @XhoowieX :)

  • I hate Kevin Nash but i always respected him for this powerbomb i remember wacthing this WCW ppv and was OMG when you pulled off this move on the Giant.

  • isnt this like his socend try on the big show.

  • Videos like this show what a special athlete Paul Wight was at his size. If you notice, guys like Andre and Great Khali almost went off their feet because they weren't agile enough to work moves like this. But Wight got suplexed, power bomb'd, F-U'd, and everything else. A very rare talent.

  • @EGarrett01 He used to be able to do moonsaults apparently when he was training in the powerplant

  • This may have contributed to Nash's bad knees.

  • @balancer182 I want to say he tore a quad or a hamstring doing this. (seriously, I know that's a Nash joke but I'm pretty sure he blew out something.)

  • I only heard about the time he dropped him on his head.

Guess that's just 1 time out of many shows.

  • now that's strength!!!!

  • @Jamesofhull oh yeahh

  • golderg suplexed him

  • @1billion1deaths1 Yes,he did.But Bigshow was not 500 pounds when he holded him high for 3 seconds. And powerbomb is difficult to do than a suplex.

  • @SameerPrehistorica Lesnar gave Show a belly to belly throw!

  • @suleman021 Sure that is Impressive.

  • @SameerPrehistorica uhm dude, Big Show was 500lbs here either.... lol

  • that it strength i mean common look at batista being the fucking freak of muscle nature that he is he fell over power bombing umaga and hes was only 320ish pounds

  • This powerbomb was the best of all powerbombs ever to Big Show!

  • At the peak of this move: Kevin Nash torn his quad

  • With Kevin Nash hoping to wrestle Big Show at SummerSlam, could he Jacknife Paul Wright again?

  • @sgauden02 Ten years older, a torn bicep & quad and nearly 200 pounds [Wight] later, I can only say FAT CHANCE.

  • @Carolitagirl Yeah probably not. He'll probably ATTEMPT to, but Show will reverse it or something.

  • @sgauden02 Ya, that's right. They should have made a match between Nash and Bigshow in 2003.In Backlash 2003 (6 man tag match) when Nash returned, he looked so big.If Nash is younger now, he will jacknife Mark Henry :)

  • @sgauden02 I have seen somtimes Nash doing chokeslam in WCW and TNA. So..if suppose he wrestles Bigshow now, it would be good to see him chokelsam Bigshow.

  • @Carolitagirl Sure no way....but doesnt matter coz he is old now.But when he was young, he did Jacknife the Bigshow in WCW and that is something no one has ever done.Nash is so Strong.

  • "ARRRGHH!!! MY QUAD!!!"

  • this was early in his career and at this time the giant weighed 450lbs making it the largest power bomb in pro wrestling history.

  • how much did big show weigh around then? anyone know?

  • @ihatehaircuts1 400 pounds or close to 400 pounds..

  • @ihatehaircuts1 I read he was around 7'0 and around 415 between 1996-1998. In 1999 he bulked up to 460 to come to wwe, but he was in great shape and looked like an athlete. Now he is just big and fat...

  • @ihatehaircuts1 no..he weighed like 515

  • awesome stuff , undeniable and legitimate strength shown from Nash , the botched version is so famous i had no Nash had ever successfully power bombed the giant

  • I still have this on vhs

  • Much better than the second one.

  • BEING SERIOUS HERE... Did nash hurt himself when he Powerbombed Show?

  • Leverage/Balence is a very important factor in delivering this powerbomb. His legs must've been killing him after this move.

  • Big Show helped him by jumpping at about 0:11 I can see Big Show going down to jump onto Nash's shoulders.

  • @ShadowDarkBlast In Wrestling, all the wrestlers help each other to perform wrestling moves. Many people knows it.Some people still dont know about it.Sure Big Show would have jumped in that match. But how high he can jump from that position ? He would have jumped somewhat and after that its Nash who used his strength to Jacknife. So its not like Nash didnt do anything. He did. This is something that no one has ever done. He is the only man to powerbomb someone who is 400 pounds or nearly 400 pounds.

  • @SameerPrehistorica cena did his overrated firemans carry and goldberg did his jackhammer. i suppose tho it is a lot harder from the powerbomb lift clutch

  • @SameerPrehistorica near 500 pounds..

  • @MrHlebouras1926 In this match he was not near 500 pounds.. Near 400 or 400 only. The third time Nash jacknifed him which is in Souled out. That time show was 500 pounds, thats why Nash cant able to

    jacknife him properly.

  • @SameerPrehistorica in 10 years he will be 100 pounds more

  • @MrHlebouras1926 Hahahaha

  • nah goldberg's jackhammer is still harder.. using only one shoulder to lift the weight, plus the the waiting time

  • PERFECT!

  • Damn that was next to perfect.

  • omg

  • nash invented and name his powerbomb jacknife....you teens dont be fooled by playing smackdown game and you see a normal powerbomb called jacknife.....they just copy the name because diesel finisher was called jacknife and he used to be in wwf....but nash/diesel invented his powerbomb and he called it jacknife ...so in a nutshell he really is the original and master of the jacknife powerbomb....

  • He got a lotta help from those tree trunks of the Giant. And Nash rib injury might be legitimate here.

  • To lift up someone in a fireman carry and a suplex is easy, i can't say that Goldberg, Lesnar and Cena aren't strong but, to POWERBOMB a man that weights 500+ pounds is very hard

  • @KurosakiPrime1 That's absolutely right.

  • @SameerPrehistorica That is sooo true.

  • @KurosakiPrime1 yeah but big show was only about 400 pounds then

  • @muckemsayuhhh18 I know....No one can powerbomb a 500 pound man,,,When bigshow was 400 pounds or nearly 400 pounds..as you can see in this match where Nash jackniffed him. That is very impressive. No one has powerbombed a 400 pound man.....

  • @SameerPrehistorica they bill Big Show at 500 pounds.. It doesn't necessarily mean he weights that much, it could be a way of putting him over with fans etc.

  • @AeonMelvsStar I think back in his WCW days they kept billing Giant at higher and higher weights. Eventually he was billed at around 540 lbs. Heh.

  • @KurosakiPrime1 big show was only 400 pounds then

  • @muckemsayuhhh18 Yes..big show was only 400 pounds then..But who can powerbomb a 400 pound man ?

Hmm....Well Nash did.He is the only wrestler to do it.

  • @KurosakiPrime1: Brock Lesnar performed a overhead belly-to-belly suplex on the Big Show. That's one of the toughest suplexes there is to do for NORMAL-sized people, let alone a 500 pound man. I say that is more impressive than a powerbomb where you can clearly see the Giant jump into it. The reason why the Giant had to jump into it is because the first time Nash nearly killed him by dropping him on his head. It takes effort from both guys in moves like this, but more-so on a powerbomb.

  • @KurosakiPrime1 yeah your right but a suplex is still very hard because alot of the weight goes on your wrists which isn't exactly easy aswell but yeah your right that was incredible by nash

  • @KurosakiPrime1 This move is about half Big Show helping out. With Lesnar and Cena, they're lifting dead weight off their shoulders which makes the move MUCH tougher.

  • @KurosakiPrime1 big show doesn't look like a 500 pounder here

  • @mankindkn Should be 400 pounds..

  • @KurosakiPrime1 lesnar powerbombed him b4

  • @xXxWWExTNAxXx tat was when Big show was alr on the turnbuckle up. Kevin Nash lifted show from the ground directly without show on the second turnbuckle which brock powerbombed him

  • @kwanhoe888 That's right

  • HOLY MOTHER

  • Kurt Henning actually did the Perfectplex on the Giant aswell I thought it was impressive..

  • @BigSlickStar

And Giant kicked out. Talk about being ripped off....

  • are we all forgetting goldberg.......... goldberg jackhammered big show...... try you tubeing that

  • it was prob fake bigshow was helping nash he prob said are u ready and big show gave him self a push so nash could lift him lol

  • @Treylogan218BR As is the case with all powerbombs

  • @zoso7889 that depends brock lesnar could give spike dudly or some other small guys a powerbomb with out even trying but there smaller thats the differnce lol

  • did he hurt his stomach?

  • Best moment of Wrestling!

    Nash 4 Life

  • i think he got hernia from this

  • Big Show can really sell his moves

  • Jacknife powerbombs are way cooler than actual powebombs

  • @huskiepride1206 You are right.

  • @huskiepride1206 jacknifes are real powerbombs the ones u are probably thinking about are delayed versions actually this powerbomb was perfectly executed

  • @freshman5000 im talking about jacknifes as a version of the powerbomb because it is as there are many versions of it.. i know what a powerbomb is and dont need to be told

  • @huskiepride1206 I didnt say u didn't kno I'm saying the Jacknife powerbomb was the original variation of the move and then people started to delay it so Nash (being the true mat aficionado) used the original version of the move

  • @freshman5000 i didnt say it wasnt.. what is the point of u sending these messages? do u agree with my comment or no? cuz if its neither than there is no point of u sending messages about different versions of jacknifes

  • @huskiepride1206 Just the name itself Jack & Knife :), and they are well executed they sure look cool

  • Nash's back has been fucked up ever since Mabel injured in when he was Diesel in WWF. Mabel sat on his back

  • Funny cause the first time is awesome, the second time, not so great, and the third time ... just a miserable fail.

  • @Mortizism You are right. But no one can blame Kevin for that 3rd miserable fail..as you said coz Bigshow was 500lbs. In the previous 2 powerbombs, bigshow was not 500lbs. Atleast Nash lifted him upto some level and he was the only man to do that. And there is No one who can correctly powerbomb a 500lbs man.

  • @SameerPrehistorica Yeah but it was wrong of WCW to even have him try it i mean he could have paralyzed him.

  • @SameerPrehistorica Take for example Sid Justice (as the powerbomber) and Andre (as the giant). Do you thik that Sid can lift Andre, twist him and drop him down with force ??? Personally I DON'T THINK SO !!!

  • @Mortizism

that happens if you hang around with Scott Hall too long

  • i cringed the first time i watched it D:

  • Never was a huge fan of Big Sexy, but I remember marking out like hell to this move when he hit it.

  • That wasn't a Jacknife, no one strong enough to Jacknife a 500lbs man.

    Nice powerbomb though!

  • @MapleLeafMuscle777 ??? Man, that is a jacknife. He did it and he fell down. And to ur statement ...You are right that no one is strong enough to Jacknife a 500lbs man...but in this video ..this is the 1st time he jacniffed bighsow and show is not 500lbs. He is like 400lbs. The 3rd time when he jacknifed him, that time show was 500lbs.That wasn't a 100 % jacknife.Eventhough he lifted him upto some level.

  • @SameerPrehistorica You apparently have no clue on how different a Jacknife is from an ordinary powerbomb, this is not a Jacknife, plain and simple.

  • @MapleLeafMuscle777 I agree that a Jacknife is slightly different seeing as he only takes the op to a certain height and leaves him to fall on his own. Not really throwing the opponent into the mat, but in this case seeing as it was the Big Show that he was lifting, Nash HAD to push him down so that he wouldn't injure his own back if the weight of Show stayed too long on his shoulder. So yeah IT WAS A JACKNIFE, only he didn't do it properly so it looked like a normal power bomb.

  • @TekkenElite You are absolutely right.

  • @MapleLeafMuscle777 Well actually you did see a Jacknife or just a quick one I would say as I explained before. In his usual Jacknifes, Kev takes up the op and keeps him there for a sec or so and then lets them free fall. He doesn't do a complete lift as in the legs of the op aren't on his shoulders, they are upward and apart with the body being perpendicular to his neck. Thats a pure Jacknife.

And to your statement, NO ONE CAN ACTUALLY POWERBOMB THE GIANT. That would break their back period.

  • yeah, but goldberg's jackhammer on big show was better

  • @RKO1585 Sure goldberg's jackhammer on big show is good. Also Kevin's jackniffe on big show is good. Jackhammer / suplex kinds of moves are difficult to do on a 400 lbs or 400 lbs plus man. Powerbomb is even more difficult to do. Powerbomb is not an easy move to do on a heavier man like bigshow. Kevin is so Strong.

  • I Didnt think there was a successful one, That was brilliant!

  • damn dude...and this was when Show was bigger. Damn and the powerbomb was so awesome too. Kevin Nash is badass.

  • @66619Devil Sure he is badass. Kevin is so strong....

  • If I were Nash's size...i would be in WWE right now PowerBombing Big Show and Khali! As well as mark henry.

I know we ALL want to see Big Show Jackknife Khali! And the other way around!

  • @27BigE Hmm...i see. Nash can powerbomb mark henry and Khali. Bigshow was heavier than both Henry and Khali. Nash is not so huge like Henry or bigshow, yet he has impressive strength. And he was the only man to powerbomb that much heavyweight.

  • @27BigE you've got to think though nash is having his 51st birthday this year and i must say he hasn't been looking the best of shape...but his best of shape was when he was like a 350 pound monster he isn't in his best shape now but is still in very good shape

  • Not to be a Douche but this is actually the 2nd time. The first was in Germany.

  • You are wrong. This is 1st time only.Search it in internet, you will know.

  • Actually (not to be rude) I have a video in my favorites of Kevin Nash/Diesel Jackknife powerbombing the giant. Check it out.

  • I had sent you PM.See it.

  • he had powerbombed him before?i take it was not televised then?cause this is the 1st time i ever reacall him powerbombing the giant.the next was at souled out where he dropped him on his head

  • Yes,this is the 1st time. The second one in germany. The 3rd one is in souled out.

  • @SameerPrehistorica Oh yeah and just to put it out publicly so the people on youtube that are like "Why the hell hasn't he replied" I would publicly say sorry. Also I can't remember exactly, but one of my friends who is deep into Kevin he said that there was a dark match that Nash powerbombed the giant and I believe his intel if you can find any fact of that please tell me. Thanks man

  • Totally 3 times he powerbombed the Giant as far as i know. I didnt heard about any dark match where Nash powerbombed the giant. Well,i will search for it...

  • They were able to do the powerbomb spot alot in 1997 in tags, handicap matches, and singles. They toned it down a bit in 98...and actually did reverse spots were Nash would chokeslam Giant and Giant would powerbomb Nash on house shows.

  • Damn, so much for Nash's shits for the next 3 months lol

  • That is absolutely insane!!

  • And now we know why Kevin Nash has terrible knees.

  • DAMN RIGH HOLY SHIT!!

  • @CoryMassacre2 Nash had 9 knee injuries before coming to wrestling. He said this in a interview or something.I remember it.

  • Damn, Nash had to give himself a sports hernia from doing that

  • I was thinking the exact same thing
