Initially the grids are a bit tight the first time or two that you use it. I was demonstrating on a new Scra'n Easel also. Please DO NOT trim your grid. The vinyl corners will stretch a bit and it will fit just fine! The easel flaps will be a bit tight at first also. After a few openings and closings they stretch also. Give it just a litle time and you will be very pleased with the result.

Great product, and I've just purchased one. I was a bit disappointed that the grid mats don't fit properly in the corner holders though; they buckle. I thought perhaps I had an "off" one, but I saw that yours did the same thing. Seems to be about 1/8" or so too big. Would you have any suggestions. Right now, I'm thinking of trimming my grid mats, but am a little apprehensive about doing so. Thanks so much for the great product and for saving my back. :c)
