@Strongone112 Вообще то это пели именно дети. Дети российских дипломатов в Словении. Но на концертах поёт да, прекрасная девушка (fap, fap, fap :) ), кою зовут Мина Шпилер. Это отчётливо чувствуется, если прослушать концертную и альбомную версии. Разный голос и акцент, аля м'и и гордЬИмсЬЯ (хотя щас поёт уже без таких огрехов, они есть, но значительно реже проскакивают), хотя в целом да, без особых нареканий, даже с аканьем (ну а фигли, Словения, там тоже есть диалекты с аканьем).

The difference between Germany and Russia? Germans did apologize and are still sorry for what they did during the years 1933-1945. Did Russians apologized ever for anything? For occupation of the Baltic states? For attacking Poland TOGETHER with the Nazis? For the Katyń massacre? For invasion to Hungary? For occupation of Czechoslovakia? Never! And not only the politics but still the people there believes that Russia was the "good" one for all the time and the rest of the world is evil to them.

Did you notice that this discussion only exists in Germany? The "nation" is considered abroad as something, which freed people from fascism, not caused it. Surely you've noticed, that mai 8th is a national holiday in many european countries. The victory over Germany is an important thing in the collective memory of other european states and especially Russia. I also needed time to realize that. Look at the Military Parades of Russia on Mai 9th every year.

Everybody forgets what the germans reached. A small country fought nearly ALONE 6 years against the whole world. We conquerd whole Europe, big parts of rusia and africa. In 15 years we grew up to that power !!

Don't be stressed by some people discussion their political views on a laibach video. Just try to adore the effects of laibach on them. Its the same situation on any controversal piece of art. The Discussion is a part of it and i bet all of them would show a more rational view if you take away the context of laibach and discuss with them. Blabla group psychology blabla ;-)

The difference between Germany and Russia? Germans did apologize and are still sorry for what they did during the years 1933-1945. Did Russians apologized ever for anything? For occupation of the Baltic states? For attacking Poland TOGETHER with the Nazis? For the Katyń massacre? For invasion to Hungary? For occupation of Czechoslovakia? Never! And not only the politics but still the people there believes that Russia was the "good" one for all the time and the rest of the world is evil to them.

Did you notice that this discussion only exists in Germany? The "nation" is considered abroad as something, which freed people from fascism, not caused it. Surely you've noticed, that mai 8th is a national holiday in many european countries. The victory over Germany is an important thing in the collective memory of other european states and especially Russia. I also needed time to realize that. Look at the Military Parades of Russia on Mai 9th every year.

i forgot that Germans are indoctrinated to hate their grandfathers these days. its very sad to hear these words come out of your mouth. besides the holocaust there was nothing wrong with the axis side of WW2, i don't know if you remember the end of ww1 and how the allies screwed you over or if you care to mention the unemployment. please wake up, and at least read books written by germans from around that time, never just take one side of the story. you say nationalism is bad? its just pride...

@topf3ss: so true dude, its sad hearing people talking bad about our grandfathers. Everybody forgets that they just did their job. They fought bravely for their families and their country and in the end they fall with the country. They deserve more respect and honour.
Everybody forgets what the germans reached. A small country fought nearly ALONE 6 years against the whole world. We conquerd whole Europe, big parts of rusia and africa. In 15 years we grew up to that power !!

No other country in history ever reached that level. The tactics, the units, the technology, it all was years beyond that time. The allied fuc*ed germany after ww1, but this small country waked up again and showed the world what it means to punish a country that way.

it was not the nations ideology but more the brain washed nations order from a fucked up goverment....the goverment took germanys pride and used it aganst itself...germans never break a oath nor there word...so when the nazis took over they used this and made the army and the german people swear an oath to the nazi party...granted not all like it but they did what they were told because they had no other choice

If we want to we can go with the "big bad germany" idea... but germany got fuck over at the end of world war one....it was the best idea at the time for the allied high command but in the long run it made the german people and there long prussan backgrond run free and have a resion to hate the Allies more than ever before.

Even though not all Germans were Nazis (and respect for them), most did support Hitler out of free will (note that he was choosen in a democratic way). I say it after f.eks. Gunter Grass

@11homer11 Yeah. Then Germany was on the way to lose it all within months of the allied forces finally getting some communication going. But for what it's worth, probably a lot of that epic failure is at least partially the fault of that pasty-faced, angry, egomaniacal little failed painter.

I know there is a bunch of people who are asking what in the hell does that have to do with this song? In the comments way back people were going back and forth about who should live were...and to me it was nonsense. Every person of there own nationally should have what i think is the most basic right as to live in there own country.

@Soldat177 What if I, for example, am born in Russia from German parents who are subjects to Russian Tsar, and therefore I become a Russian citizen. Should I get an automatic German citizenship just because I happen to have German parents (who were not German citizens but subjects of Tsar) ? The nationality principle is an akward one, especially in these decadent democratic times. The "good old times" when Liberty and Monarchy reigned were free of such non-sense.
