I heard this familiar march first on air as russian Navy March "the little Sea-King" more than 35 years ago; in the trio middle part a song with text by J. W. Goethe: "Brüder auf die Welt zu befreien, Kometen winken - die Stunde ist groß. Alle Gewebe der Tyranneien - haut entzwei und sagt euch los!" So, the tingle melody transformed it to one of my favorite marches.
